My compensation is 100% commission based, paid by a Landlord or Seller upon a successful lease of sales transaction. This means as a tenant or buyer, my services cost you nothing.
I specialize in tenant and landlord, buyer and seller representation. For tenants, this includes new leases, lease renewals, expansions, and subleasing.
Beyond the transaction itself, I can connect you with trusted professionals such as movers, internet providers, contractors, handymen, painters, furniture vendors, and real estate attorneys to ensure a smooth transition into your new space.
Leasing or purchasing commercial property can be time-consuming and complex. My role is to simplify the process so you can stay focused on running your business.

You are not required to sign an "exclusive" representation agreement to work with me. However, many clients choose to do so because it creates a stronger working partnership. An exclusive agreement signals your commitment and allows me to dedicate additional time, strategy, and resources to your search. When I represent you exclusively, I consider myself a true extension of your team and work diligently to meet—and exceed—your expectations.
