My compensation is 100% commission based, paid by a Landlord or Seller upon a successful lease or sales transaction. This means as a tenant or buyer, my services cost you nothing.


I specialize in tenant and landlord, buyer and seller representation. For tenants, this includes new leases, lease renewals, expansions, and subleasing.

You are not required to sign an "exclusive" representation agreement to work with me. However, many clients choose to do so because it creates a stronger working partnership. 


An exclusive agreement signals your commitment and allows me to dedicate additional time, strategy, and resources to your search. When I represent you exclusively, I consider myself a true extension of your team and work diligently to meet—and exceed—your expectations.
