Matt Wolff is a Bay Area native who has been actively engaged in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2002. He specializes in office and industrial leasing within San Francisco’s South of Market (SOMA) district, representing both landlords and tenants.

With extensive experience working with clients ranging from innovative start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Matt has built a strong reputation for aligning professional, creative, and tech-focused organizations with spaces that reflect and enhance their brand identity. Matt earned his B.A. from the University of Oregon. In 2021, he joined Beacon Commercial Advisors, located in San Francisco’s Financial District.
